So, what have I been up to today?
Up early (for a Saturday) and straight into Inverurie to do a quick nip round Tesco. The Farmers Market was on this morning and there was a bloke selling gluten free baking, so I stopped and bought a tasty cherry cake for Laura. He had samples of everything he was selling, and the cake was just like a real one. I love cherry cake, so she might not get too much of it 
Then off to Kemnay to collect a FreeCycle of videos. Well, I couldnt believe it when I got there - a big box and 4 carrier bags full of videos, both kids and adults. The kids were beside themselves. A lot of folk don't use videos nowadays, coz of DVDs, but we still have the machines, so I don't see the point of 'upgrading' and getting rid of them all.
Then back home, make lunch, and then off to the hairdresser to get my hair trimmed again, and another colour thru it. It looks nice. They are going to add bleach to the colour next time, because the lightest one they do still doesn't show up very well on my hair for some reason. Typical! I was there from 1.15 to 3.45 getting it done.
Went out this evening to put the hens away, and fell up the steps coming back into the house. Bashed my fingers against the wall, took the skin off my ring finger and I thought I had broken the pinky, but it is just bruising. Eejit.
