Got up this morning with a really sore thumb.
When I looked, it was red and swollen with that 'about-to-burst' look.
Sat in a hot bath with a needle and gave it a poke, and what do you think I found? A piece of metal embedded in it.
I have no recollection of getting it - just went a bit septic.

I have been told on a number of occasions that I attract weirdos, but not metal.

Geeze, you think? Damn! Shouldn't have washed the piece of metal down the sink - I could've made a fortune. Actually, that's a bit annoying. If I'm gonna be interfered with, I would much rather remember, wouldn't you?

maybe from when you did your repairs in the garden...slivers of metal are a real nuisance...had them occasionally and so difficult to find afterwards...plenty of antiseptic cream on it should solve it now you found the little devil...GBHs...XXX
